I decided to create a survey to collect student responses about their experiences using the Osprey webquest. This type of survey could be used to decide topics or methods for future webquests or other research projects using various forms of technology. Prior to the webquest project, I would let them know that they would be completing a survey after the project and for them to be thinking metacognitively as they are working about how the project and technology are helping them to learn. I would tell them before hand to take notes (maybe on post-its) if anything was really difficult or made them think about doing something differently in a future project.
